Hannah with one of neighbors puppies (his name is Harley). She has been enjoying these puppies most of the summer. But they are old enough to go to other homes and a few have already been sold and left the to join their new families. The good news is the family is going to keep Harley...I'm glad too because he is my favorite.
It was a typical hot August day in our city so yes Hannah and I could be found at home away from home...the water park. This child of mine so loves the water and is so advanced for a 3 yr. old that has never had swimming lessons. She dives off the side, glides underwater kicking her feet (like you do when you snorkel...she is so going snorkeling on our next Jamaica trip), she does hand stands and can do forward and backward rolls under water. I knew from the time we got her (at 10 months) she loved the water. She went crazy splashing in her little blow up tub splashing water all over the bathroom and us. We also took her to the hotel swimming pools while in china and she was all about going under water (at 10 months...is that normal). Anyway she is so much fun to watch as she seems to learn new things each day. She is very much into imitating anything she sees...We may just be able save a few bucks on swimming lessons.

Hi, I landed on your blog after googling "i800a" for a good description to link to my blog (fulltons.blogspot.com). We're an AWAA family too. we pulled out of El Salvador after a year of waiting and are now forging a new path as Brazil pilot families. I related to you post about the China dossier and how those papers represent so much of our heart. Feel free to pop over to our blog. It always feels good to find someone in a similar situation.
thanks!
